Shipping policy

 All orders are processed within 1 to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Free shipping anywhere in the US:

Shipping is free to any state in the US. Products are shipped through the USPS (United States Postal Service). While shipping times vary, we expect customers to receive their shipment within 7-10 business days. During Holidays, expect delays as shipping typically increases across the nation during these times. 

 If you still have yet to receive your shipment on the 11th business day from when you placed your order, please contact us at Support@GatMags.com

 

International Shipping: 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GatMags is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you are ordering from outside of the US, your shipment may take 8-20 business days.

 If you still have yet to receive your shipment on the 20th business day from when you placed your order, please contact us at Support@GatMags.com with your name and order number and we will check on the status of your order.

 

Tracking your shipment:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will only include a tracking number if you upgraded shipping. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@GatMags.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your GatMags product, we will issue a full return up to 30 days after the customer has received their product. We will even cover the cost of the return shipping label. If you have any further questions on our return policy or process, please contact us at Support@GatMags.com.
